International Folklore Dance Festival

Introduction
Since the first staging of this event in 2005 DanceBohemia international folklore festival have made a long way. All the ensembles which have participated enjoyed this event enormously.

Dance2023Bohemia - like all the previous DanceBohemia festivals - will again be a bright attractive lovely weekend bringing together amateur dancers from different countries of the world performances of which Praguerers and visitors of Prague as well as the viewers and public in city of Podebrady enormously enjoy.

Date and place
The dates of Dance2023Bohemia are 17th-20th August 2023 (Thursday-Sunday). The main venue of Dance2023Bohemia is the Bohemian capital - Prague but all ensembles will have their second performance in a regional spa town of Podebrady.

Participation
Dance2023Bohemia is open to amateur dance folklore ensembles with no size or age limit. There is a subscription of participants towards the cost of the festival (see below price chart).

Festival organiser
The festival is organised by Events Bohemia in co-operation with Music Travel Agency Prague. Both companies are experienced organizers of musical and cultural festivals, events and travel (more information on www.agencyMTA-Stadler.com)

Prices
To participate in Dance2023Bohemia you have an option either to arrange your own lodging in Prague or to stay in one of the festival hotels

A/ If you secure lodging yourselves then the cost of your festival participation shall be 112 Eur per each person in your group and this participation fee includes:

� participation in the street parades and two performances (one in Prague and one in Podebrady)
� guided walking tour of Prague city center
� guided city tour of Prague
� evening Vltava river cruise
� gala-dinner
� return coach transfer to Podebrady
� services of local guide for all programme activities in English or German language
� one free person for every 20 paying participants

B/ If you decide to stay in one of the festival hotels - the following price chart displays package prices in different hotel categories:

Accommodation is in two or three-bedded rooms in 4*hotels and 3*hotels.

The price does not include:
transportation (except of return transfer to Podebrady). Please note that we would be happy to arrange transportation to/from event functions as per your requirements.

Important note
The realization of the festival is conditioned by reaching a minimum number of participants. If not reached, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the festival. In such a case, all funds already paid will be returned to registered participants
